Marilyn was born on March 7, 1935 in Randolph, Ohio to Marcus and Faustine Adelman. She had six siblings, Richard, Doris, Sony, Roddy Joe, David and Theresa.

Marilyn married Donald Jefferys and they had six children, Donnie, Darlina, Cathy, Joe, Debbie and Chrissy. Marilyn also had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Our lives won’t be the same, but, we truly believe “we will all be together” in God’s timing.

Until then, Mom, sleep in His love and peace… see you soon.

Family and friends may visit at Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305) on Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 1pm until 3pm. A Funeral Service will then be held at 3pm.
