I have so many wonderful memories of my talented,coffee-loving aunt. I remember her laugh was like silver breaking loose and filled a room in such a sweet way. she was always a lady, so gracious and mannerly. I loved the way she addressed my mother as "jeannie" - and how she was able to relate to her .
Aunt Marilyn always knew so many interesting things, and could share them in a way I could understand them. I used to love hearing her and Aunt Lorraine share ideas, and recipes when we were all together during holidays.
Her artwork was loved by the whole family - I still have the pieces she painted for me, on display in my home. I'll always remember the few times I got to see her at work. Watching her carve oil paint into life-like roses was absolutely fascinating to me as a girl.
I loved my Aunt, she will be missed
My sympathies and prayers for comfort go to my cousins and their families. May your thoughts be filled with good memories during this time of grief
