Marilyn Spainhower passed away peacefully at her home in Huntsville, Utah on November 4, 2025.
Marilyn was born in Murray, Utah to John Albert Robinson and (Amy) Lanae Headman Robinson. She was raised in her family's home in Holladay, Utah. Marilyn was always a delight to all that knew her as she always thought of and served others first. She was a graduate of Granite High. She met and then married Mark Creer Spainhower. They had and raised a family in Granger Utah. Their children are Vicki, Brad, Phil, Mike and Shelley. One of her greatest joys was teaching her children and later her grandchildren to golf. She continued to golf into the last summer of her life.
She is survived by her sister Julee Dreban, Daughter Vicki (Phil) and Sons Brad (Dotty), Phil, Mike (Susan) 12 Grandchildren and 32 Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by Her Father John Robinson, mother (Amy) Lanae Headman Robinson, Brother Veldon Robinson, Husband Mark Creer Spainhower and Daughter Shelley Spainhower Ainsley, Great Grandson Sawyer
A visitation will be held on Sunday November 9th from 5:00-6:30 pm and again Monday November 10th from 9:30-10:15 am, at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley Mortuary, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway, followed by a graveside service at Valley View Cemetery, 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah.
