THOMAS, MARILYN ELIZABETH passed away in Dallas, TX on January 4, 2014 at the age of 90. She is survived by her loving son, Stephen Michael Thomas and Deborah Kelderman, her daughter in law Nancy Drake Thomas all of Dallas, TX, daughter-in-law Ellen Thomas of San Antonio, her sister Nancy Ruth Wolfe, her four grandchildren; Christopher Michael Thomas and his wife Leslie Baker Thomas, Natalie Ann Milum and her husband Christopher Matthew Milum, Mary Ellen Belik and her husband Paul Belik, Rebecca Anne Thomas and her husband Joseph Carl Cerci; her great grandchildren: Taite Thomas, Hayes Thomas, Makenzie Milum, Christian Milum, Jack Thomas- Cerci, Jane Thomas- Cerci, Susan Belik, Samuel Belik; niece Susie Patterson and her husband Ron Patterson and nephew Bill Porter. Marilyn is preceded in death by her loving husband Wilson Kirby Thomas, her son James Kirby Thomas, her brother Stephen W. Davis, her father Harold T. Davis, her mother Mary Lenore Ogan Davis, to whom she was born on October 14, 1923. Marilyn's life was exemplified by generosity, sense of humor, loyalty, and very giving to all those life's she touched. Marilyn was a loving wife, daughter, grandmother, sister, friend, and most of all a sharing mother. She will be remembered by all of her volunteer services to the community. She volunteered at the Dallas Arboretum. She was active in the Atlasta Book Club and the Clipped Wings United Airline Flight Attendant Alumni Association. In all the hearts she touched, her memory will live on forever. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 12:00 PM, Friday, January 10, 2014 at Restland Abbey Chapel.

Mrs. Thomas was a strong, intelligent, very interesting woman who loved her family dearly. Our condolences and prayers out to her entire family. She loved deeply and was loved in return. Yes, another angel has gone to heaven.
