Marilyne RIZZUTO

Spokane - On Tuesday, March 14, 2023, Marilyne Anne Rizzuto, beloved wife, mother, grand, and great-grandmother passed away at 84. Marilyne was born on July 9, 1938, to F.R." Dick" and Mary Jo Lilly and attended West Valley HS and Kinmen Business School. She worked alongside her husband Joe in their Pizza Supply and Horse Racing businesses as a bookkeeper and Jill of all trades. Marilyne and Joe were married 62 years raising two daughters Wendy and Pam and their son Tony. Throughout life and retirement, Marilyne enjoyed family, cooking and baking, gardening, sewing, swimming, bowling, golf, piano, and a long list of dogs, cats, and horses. One of her greatest joys that took a great deal of inner strength was her volunteer work at the Ronald McDonald House where no task was beneath her and she loved every child she met. Preceded in death by her father, F.R. Lilly; mother, Mary Jo Stockton-Lilly; and brother, Robert Lilly. Survived by husband, Joe Rizzuto; daughter, Wendy; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and George Young; son, Tony Rizzuto; nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Memorial service and celebration of life will be held at Millwood Presbyterian Church, 3223 N. Marguerite Rd., Millwood, WA, Saturday, April 15 at 3:00 pm.
