Marino Kain

Marino Kain 90, of Naples, FL died on January 2, 2024 at the Chateau at Moorings Park after an extended illness. Marino was born on June 11, 1933 in Fiume, Italy the son of Carlo and Silvia (Grego) Kain. He had been a resident of Naples for the past 40 years coming from West Hartford, CT.
Marino served in the Italian Air Force from 1950 to 1952. He also played professional soccer in Italy for a period of time.
On June 4, 1961 he married the love of his life, Martha Kazakeris in Astoria, NY and last year they celebrated 62 years of marriage.
In 1956, Mariano began his career with the Filtron Corporation and in 1961 he was hired by the Hi-G Corporation and served as their Vice President of Operations until 1975. He then began working for the Casle Corporation, a medical building management company and retired in 2015 after 40 years.
He is survived his loving wife, Martha Kain of Naples, FL; his nephew, Wayne Kerris of Naples, FL and his niece, Audrey Volmuth of Largo, FL.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 8, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Shikany's Bonita Funeral Home 28300 Tamiami Tr. S. Bonita Springs. Catholic Scripture services will be held at 7:30 PM.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Palm Royale Cemetery 6790 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Naples, FL.
