Mario Gonzalez Medrano, 61, of Odessa, TX, passed away on December 13, 2025 in Odessa, TX.
Mario Medrano, was born in Odessa, TX to Simon and Lucas Medrano on September 11, 1964. He went to school in Odessa, TX and received his GED in Odessa, TX. He worked various construction jobs in his early years along side his late father Simon Medrano.
Mario is preceded in death by his parents Simon and Lucas Medrano, brothers Edmundo (Mundy), Greg, (Mr. G), Manuel (Manche), and son Andrew Medrano.
Mario is survived by his sisters: Theresa Madrid, Rosa Martinez, Gloria Medrano; Children: Margarita Medrano, Mario Medrano, Launica Medrano, Ruby Leyva, Dulce Leyva, and Estrella Leyva; and Grandchildren: Addison, Amia, Audree, Aubrie, Andelyn, Avianna Aguirre, and Angelo Medrano.
Pallbearers will be: David Madrid, Noel Aguirre, Aiden Martinez, Kristoff Moreno, Kenneth Sauceda, and Miguel Paredes.
Honorary Pallbearers: Mario and Angelo Medrano.
