Mario Moralez, Sr., 76, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in Odessa, Texas.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 3, 2025, between 6pm and 8pm at Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home. The Rosary will be Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 7pm at Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10am on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.
Mario was born in Odessa, Texas to Augustine and Lovia Moralez on June 4, 1948. He went to Permian High School. He married Rosalinda Jimenez Moralez on April 19, 1967, in Odessa, Texas.
Mario is preceded in death by Augustine and Lovia Moralez, and his younger brother Ricky Moralez.
Mario is survived by his wife Rosalinda Moralez, his children Martha Ofere, Amanda Matta, Mario (Becki) Moralez, his brothers Augustine (Trina) Moralez, James Moralez, and his sisters Manuela Rodriguez, Eloisa Barrego, and Linda Moralez, his grandchildren Raymond Anthony Aguilera, Justin Moralez, Andrea Moralez, Edward Jacob (Milinda) Aguilera, Joshua Romero, Stefani Matta, and great grandchildren Raymond Anthony Aguilera, Jr. , Vicente Aguilera, Alejandro Aguilera, Edward Jacob Aguilera, Jr., Estevan Aguilera, and Sophia Moralez.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Anthony Aguilera, Justin Moralez, Edward Jacob Aguilera, Joshua Romero, David Camacho and Roy Hernandez.
