So very sorry that Marty is no longer with us. There is a huge void right now in our hearts. I hope the happy memories will soon help us all heal.

One of my fondest memories/examples of the strength of Marty and Terri's devotion to each other happened several years ago at a bar when two ladies mistook Marty for a famous actor...which happened often. These women were dancing with Marty and I asked Terri "Doesn't that ever bother you?" Without missing a beat, Terri looked at me and said, "Nope, because I know who he's going home with...". And for 47 years, she was right! This is a picture I put together 5 years ago, showing a friend the resemblance. She said Marty was better looking!

Mr. Marty was a client of mine for quite a number of years and always a delight to see. No matter what happened in life between visits, he always updated me with a smile and sense of humor about things. His heart was truly for his family (and dogs). Many good memories were shared about them. A remarkable man. Our condolences and prayers for his family.

Many fond memories of Marty growing up on Hazelhurst Road and attending Heyward Gibbes. Prayers for his family and loved ones. RIP Marty.

Johnny and I are sorry to hear of Marty´s passing. We have fond memories of our times in school.

I am so sorry to learn of Marty´s passing. I had classes with Marty at Heyward Gibbes. When I think back to those days, I remember Marty.....as a kind sole. Rest in peace Marty and prayers to all of his loved ones.

Sorry to hear this, Marty was the only kid I new that could pitch right or left handed.

So sorry to hear of Marty´s passing, many fond Eau Claire memories. My condolences and prayers for the family.

I´m so sorry to hear the passing of Marty, we went through kindergarten, Hayward Gibbs, and Eau Claire high school together. As young boys we spent a lot of time roaming through the creeks and swamps looking for snakes, and were at each other´s house most of the time. Love and prayers to Terri and family. Rest high on that mountain Marty.
