Publish in a newspaper

Marion Eleanor DiVincent, a beacon of love and selflessness, was called home to the Lord on November 8, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on November 28, 1937, in Jersey City, New Jersey, Marion lived a life marked by devotion to her family, her faith, and the community that she helped to build and nurture.
Marion, a graduate of Holy Family High School in Union City, New Jersey, carried the virtues of her Christian upbringing throughout her life. She was a woman of strong faith, and her actions reflected the love and teachings of Christ. Her commitment to her religion was evident in the way she lived and interacted with those around her.
Together with her beloved husband, the late Robert DiVincent Sr., Marion was a cornerstone in the establishment of a highly respected construction contracting business. Her keen insight and steadfast dedication were instrumental in the company's success. The business was not just a source of livelihood for the DiVincent family but also a testament to Marion and Robert's partnership and shared values.
Marion's heart was always with her family. She leaves behind her cherished sister, Georgia Martino, and her brother, George Zeman. Her memory will be held dear by her loving sons, Robert Jr., Dean and his wife Cynthia, and Glenn. Her grandchildren, Collin, Brandi, and Dean, were the light of her life, and she reveled in every moment spent with them. She was also a proud step-grandmother to Ryan and Rebekah and adored her numerous step great-grandchildren. Each of them benefited from her wisdom, warmth, and the endless reservoir of love she provided.
Her life was a living example of the Biblical verse, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35). Marion's loving, thoughtful, and selfless nature was the cornerstone upon which her family grew. She was the embodiment of the Proverbs 31 woman, strong and dignified, and her influence will live on in the lives of those she touched.
Marion's zest for life was palpable in the joy she found in family gatherings. These occasions were a reflection of her belief in the importance of togetherness and the strength of family bonds. Her grandchildren, in particular, were a source of immense joy, and she cherished every opportunity to impart to them the values of kindness, generosity, and faith.
Marion's passing, due to natural causes in Wayne, New Jersey, is not a goodbye but a moment of transition. As a Christian, she believed in the promise of eternal life, and her family takes comfort in knowing that she is now resting peacefully in the arms of her Savior.
Marion Eleanor DiVincent's legacy is one of love, service, and unwavering faith. Her life was a tapestry woven with the golden threads of compassion and devotion, and she will be profoundly missed by all who were blessed to know her. As she is laid to rest, her spirit continues to guide and inspire, and her memory will forever be a blessing to her family and the many lives she touched.
Let the family know you care by leaving your condolences, favorite memories and thoughts and prayers on the Tribute Wall.
