Marion D. Johnson, 87, Lifelong resident of Freehold passed away on Monday, March 9,2026 at her residence. Marion was a former member of the Adelphia Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. In earlier years, she dedicated her time to watching her sons play baseball and keeping the score book. Marion was also an avid reader who enjoyed spending time at the beach and creating ceramics. Her greatest joy was the time spent getting her nails done with her granddaughter.

Marion is predeceased by her parents, Millard and Virginia Birdsall. She is survived by her three children, Virginia Rodriguez and her husband, Edwin of Howell, John Reed of Virgina and Tom Reed and his wife, Kristie of Tennessee; one granddaughter, Angelica Rodriguez; brother, Millard "Dick" Birdsall, Jr and his wife, Florence of Pennsylvania and many nieces and nephews and extended family members.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with her funeral service to follow.
