Marion Harris Moseley

Mrs. Marion Harris Moseley went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
At her request, a private funeral service was held by her family.
Mrs. Moseley was a native and lifelong resident of Pitt County, residing in the Greenville area for the majority of her life, but spending her early years in the Staton House community.
Mrs. Moseley was married to her husband, William R. "Pedro" Moseley for 31 years. She was a really good cook and could make the prettiest little biscuits. She liked yard work, and in her early married years had a garden with her husband, Pedro. They also enjoyed visiting family on the weekends.
Mrs. Moseley was preceded in death by her parents, Willie, Sr. and Sallie Harris, husband, William R. "Pedro" Moseley, and her brothers and sisters, but one.
She is survived by her: Daughter, Deborah M. Godley of Washington; Son, William "Billy" Moseley and wife, Sheryl of Greenville; Grandchildren, Jason Godley and his wife, Leslie, Jade Williams and husband, Jason, and Taylor Moseley;
Great-grandchildren, Alston, Jackson, Jesse, Presley, and Brennon; and Brother, Willie T. Harris, Jr. of Elm City; and
Several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, at Mrs. Moseley's request, memorial contributions may be made to the Greenville Community Shelter, 207 Manhattan Avenue, Greenville, NC 27834.
