Dear Linda, Donna, Gail, Matthew and John,
I worked as an R.N. with Marion for about 12 years at SNHMC, before I left in 1999. As a social worker, your mother touched so many lives with her compassion and empathy. She treated everyone equally--the homeless, the chronic mentally ill, the addicted, the depressed and the grief-stricken. In her own quiet way, she conveyed to every human being she counseled, a sense of self-worth and dignity, and most of all, a sense of hope. I was happy to reconnect with her at Rivier College, where we both took Rise classes--I spoke with her there at our last class just before Thanksgiving. I feel fortunate to have known your mother.
Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss.

Dear Linda, Gail, Donna, Matthew and John,
My deepest sympathy to all of you at this sad time. I will always remember your Mom as a kind and caring person, who was such a good girlfriend to my Mom. I always remembered her kindness and beautiful laugh. My Mom and Dad were so happy the last time she was able to stop by and visit when she was in Chicopee.
May your memories sooth the grief you are feeling now. You are in my prayers.
