Marion Sturdivant Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 12, 2012.
""Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know." ST. JOHN 14:1-4 Marion Louis Sturdivant was born August 19, 1958 in Pageland, South Carolina to the late Wincey Sturdivant. At a very early age his family moved to Paterson, New Jersey where he was raised by his adopted parent's Mary White and the late John Wallace White. He grew up alongside their children and an aunt as one loving family. He was educated in the Paterson school system. He attended Public School No. 21 and Eastside High School.
