Marius Ambrose

Alan and I cherish our memories of Butch and Doc. We had wonderful times as neighbors and friends and many special memories. Our hearts are sad to know he has passed.

I was scared of Mr Ambrose in HS . I loved history and how he taught it , very animated in front of us! I was worried my discussion would seem childish and shallow compared to his deep knowledge and compassion! Prayers to his family.

Mr. Ambrose was the best teacher I ever had. He taught not only European History and American History. He also taught us how to think. I have thought about him periodically over the past 59 years, always with gratitude. He was a good man.

Marius was a great friend for many years. He was an outstanding UniServ Director and a national leader for Association staff members. May God be with Jan and his family in this time of mourning. I will never forget Marius and the many times we broke bread and stories together.
