Marjorie Ann Back, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on May 11, 1948, in Franklin, Ohio, Marjorie was a woman of many passions and a life well-lived, known for her spunkiness and her strong sense of family.

Marjorie's career in finance spanned many years, where she demonstrated not only her professional acumen but also her willingness to help those around her. She was a person who found great joy in supporting her family, always present at her grandchildren's sporting events and activities, exemplifying her commitment to being an engaged and loving grandmother. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday and the memories of spending it with her will be forever cherished.

Marjorie was not only devoted to her family but also had a plethora of interests that enriched her life. She was an avid fan of NASCAR racing, especially Mark Martin, and delighted in all things related to classic cars. Her love for adventure extended to bowling and camping, pursuits that allowed her to create lasting memories with loved ones.

Her personality was a blend of being helpful and, at times, a bit bossy, showing her strong-willed nature that her family loved and appreciated. Marjorie's proudest accomplishment remained her unwavering dedication to her family, a source of deep joy for her throughout her life.

Marjorie is survived by her three dedicated daughters, Angela (Ron) Larrick, Wendy (Robert) Shade, and Alana (Jay) Swank. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Tony (Tricia) Altic, Robbie Shade, Ryan (Andres) Shade, Tommy Swank, Cameron Shade, and Kegan Swank. She was also a great-grandmother to Presley, Anniston, and Deacon Altic. Marjorie is further survived by her siblings, Carrie Million, Ray (Nora Lou) Adams, Mildred Adams, Evelyn (Greg) Griffin, Lola Pugh, and Sue (Bill) Creech, along with many other family members, friends, and her grandpuppies.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Helen Adams, and her brothers, Thomas and Jimmy Warmouth. Marjorie's presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. A service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Woodhill Cemetery in Franklin.
