Marjorie Ann Booth, 88, passed away on March 24, 2024.   Marjorie was born in Cleburne, KS, on March 10, 1936, and started working at the Kansas Farm Bureau in Manhattan, KS after high school graduation.  She married Donald Booth in 1955 and shared a love that carried them through 50 years.  She supported her husband as a devoted U.S. Army wife packing up households and kids to move to new duty stations, and was devoted to her children supporting all their endeavors as a PTA/Band/Sports mom. Marjorie worked in the Sears Credit Department (1970s-80s), then devoted time to her granddaughter Kelsey, the joy of her life.  She started working for her son at Lone Star Chrome in 2005, learning the ins and outs of 18-wheel trucks, working there until age 84. To all the truckers Marjorie says, “Thanks for the ride!”. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Donald. She leaves behind her son, James, daughter, Brenda, granddaughter, Kelsey (Tony), and brother Patrick (Corliss).  A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 4, from 5:00-8:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 4631 Hondo Pass, El Paso, TX.
