Wichita, Kansas - Marjorie Ann Matthews, 85, died Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by her parents, Simon J. and Martha Gladys Schmidt; husband, Ronald L Matthews; brothers, David Schmidt and Arvid Schmidt. Survived by her step-daughter, Kim Michele Matthews; step-son, Mark (Vicki) Matthews; brother, Ronald (Linda) Schmidt; nieces, Erica (Stephen) Frans, Marla Schmidt, and Cheryl (Shaun) Dunn. A memorial has been established with: Heartspring, 8700 E. 29th Street North, Wichita, KS 67226.
