Marjorie Woodburn Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Brewitt Funeral Home, LLC - Exeter on Oct. 1, 2025.
Marjorie Woodburn, 89, of Kingston, NH, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born in Haverhill, MA, on January 31, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Bernard C. Francis and Mildred (MacGibbon) Francis. One of ten siblings, Marjorie grew up in Haverhill, where she also met her beloved late husband, Donald Woodburn. They raised their two children and shared many happy years on Chisholm Road in Kingston.
A devoted homemaker, Marjorie poured her heart into caring for her family. She was always busy, in her garden, doing crafts and baking. She had a bright, welcoming and generous spirit you could always count on being offered something fresh from her oven, a warm conversation, and likely some leftovers to take home. She cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, celebrating their milestones and showering them with unconditional love.
Marjorie is survived by her children, Nancy Connell and her husband Timothy of Rotunda West, Fl, Donald Woodburn and fiancé Luann Sawyer of Kingston, NH, her three grandchildren; Katie Adamczyk Lindsey Sisson and Brooke Woodburn; great-grandchildren Sophia, Evelyn, Norah, and Jack: and brothers Fr. Bernard Francis and David Francis. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Woodburn and siblings Mildred, Tommy, Anne, Daniel, John, Kevin and Stephen.
Services will be private.
