Mark A. Ayers, 71, of New Castle passed away July 7, 2025 at his residence. He was born on December 4, 1953 in Fort Riley, Kansas to the late James and Thelma (Norton) Ayers.
Mark was a 1972 graduate of Muncie Burris High School. A proud veteran, he retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant. In his earlier years, he enjoyed photography and chemistry. Mark married Deborah S. (Oliphant) Ayers in 1979 and they lived in several places including Dayton, OH, Iceland, Minot, ND and Omaha, NE. Deborah was the love of his life. She passed away March 26, 2021.
There will be no public services held and cremation took place at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. You may express condolences or share a memory of Mark at www.hinsey-brown.com.
