Mark Anthony Brown was born April 2, 1965 in Newton, Tx to the parents of Robert Brown and Angelene Scott Brown. He departed this earthly life and gain his heavenly wings on Monday September 29, 2025.

Mark Brown affectionately know as "Catdaddy" graduated from Burkeville high school class of 1983. He moved to Nashville, TN the day after graduation. His first job was Ireland restaurant and then move onto American airline. He retired from American Airlines in 2012 after 26 years. Just couldn't stay away from the airport he went back to work for Delta and was currently at Menizes aviation. He had many different roles there and was a very hard and dedicated worker.

To know him was to love him. So loving that Bridgette Jones took his hand in marriage. He had so many hobbies such as fishing, riding motorcycles, attending cars shows, shooting pool, going to the race track and the Kentucky derby. His favorite football team is the Dallas cowboys. Whenever he was with family and friends he always had jokes or stories to tell. He was apart of the Music City Vette club so it was only right he had a vette. If you ever needed to find him he would be at Larry's or Fran's when not working. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Brown and Angelene Brown, wife Bridgette Jones, sisters Diana McKinnion, Juanita Rucker, and brother Claude Rucker.

Mark leaves to cherish his loving memories: daughters, Kawana Monique (Tron) Vaughn and Robin Davis, grandchildren Mia Tibbs, O'Mari Walker, London Ridley and Kentreion (KJ) Jones, sisters, Denese (Dr. David) Brown, Kashaunda (Bobby) Brown-Fant, Tammie and Petrina McKinnion, brother, CSMR Roberto (LaTisha) Brown, Phillip and Russell McKinnion, aunts, Josephine, Celia, Laura and Frances, uncles, Marshall and Danny, devoted cousin John, special friend, Ms. Penny Warren a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
