My deepest condolences go out to Mark´s family, friends, and anyone who had the privilege to be touched by his absolute kindness and brilliance. Mark was an exceptional law enforcement individual that served with such dignity and integrity, he had the highest honor for the people he had served. Your job is done here my brother. Rest in peace.

I met Mark for the first time in August 2024 when he visited Miami SRT Training near Orlando, Fl. Mark´s exceptional nature was evident by the deep respect shown to him by his teammates. RIP brother, you made a difference in many lives.

Mark was the complete package. Having had the privilege to work for and with him he had beyond everything it took. He was a dedicated family man and a true patriot. He was the standard. You are missed brother. Salute!

It saddens me to know that my former colleague, Mark, lost his battle with cancer. However, I´m grateful to know that God has welcomed him into his loving arms. I met Mark in Los Angeles, working with him at the DEA, and when he first spoke to me, I instantly knew he was from Massachusetts because of that Bostonian accent he had. He was always so friendly and nice. He will truly be missed. To the Bruso family, I will keep you lifted in prayer.

It was a privilege to work with Mark. As I was learning my way around G10, he was always kind and helpful, quick with humor. My heartfelt condolences at Mark's passing. He was a decent man...one of the good guys.

Mark and I, well, many of us guys would play hockey at the outside ice rink in West Boylston. He was a friend, and honorable. I just got reconnect with him only to learn of his illness. And I remember him saying, "you know the thing that bothers me, is I am not going to be around long enough to tease my kids." I thought that was so unselfish and beautiful. There is a God and a heaven, and his is there, let there be no doubt.
