Mark Caplinger

I, personally, did not know Mark, but did grow up, with and attend school with his Dad, Jeff. I do know Mark's Mom, Sylvia,as Jeff's wife, but before she and Jeff married. My heart weeps for both of them. Mark was so young to leave them behind. I wish all who are related to Mark, both peace and strength during this difficult time.
