Mark E. Crater

Mark was true Man of God. He exhibited this in His life and His Spirit. It saddens Me that we have lost a brother and friend. To Karen and the children , may God hold you in His Grip during this difficult time.

Our deepest sympathies to you, Karen, and to your children. Such a tragic loss. Our hearts are heavy, knowing you have lost your husband and father far too soon. Prayers and warm wishes are sent your way from Steve and Fran Haldeman.

Our deepest condolences to the Crater family. I was one of three cadets from the Philippines to attend USCGA with Mark and we all remember his kind, generous, and humble demeanor. Mark, we were lucky to have known you even for just a short time.

Mark was a valued and productive member or our Flotilla in the Coast Guard Auxiliary. To say "he will be missed" would rank as one of the largest understatements of which I can think. People like Mark make the world go around...peacefully. Fair winds and following seas.
