Mark E. Hall

Mark E. Hall, 56, of Philpot, died Friday, March 1, 2013, at Owensboro Health. He was born on December 21, 1956 in Owensboro. He was retired as a Union Millwright for Local 1080 and was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed racing, motorcycles, cars, and anything else that would run. Mark also enjoyed working on race cars and would help anyone who needed help. Mark loved spending time with his family and friends and he never met a stranger. He is preceded in death by his father, Clarence "Mickey" Hall on July 12, 2001. Survivors include his mother, Shirley Hall Wilhite (Cotton); three sons, Kraig Hall of Philpot, Shane Ward (Kelly) of Philpot, and Kerry Hall of Fordsville; two sisters, Patti Andriakos (Ted) of Owensboro, and Tracey Glasscock (Grant) of Leitchfield; his companion, Teresa White of Owensboro; four grandchildren; four nephews; one niece; one great niece; one great nephew; and his dog, Romeo. Funeral Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in Owensboro. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Sorgho, KY. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
