Mark J Holochuck, 65, of Kingston died Wednesday February 11, 2026 at home with family by his side. He was born January 21,1961 the son of the late John and Nordica (Hull) Holochuck.

Mark was the Director of Transportation for ARC of Mid Hudson until his retirement. An avid outdoorsman, he found peace and joy in the Catskill Mountains of New York, a place that became a second home to him. His kindness, sense of humor and deep love for his family touched everyone who knew him. He was an avid gardener and his nickname was "the mad scientist".

Mark is survived by his wife and high school sweetheart Patti (MacCreery) Holochuck, they were married August 28, 1982; his children Jacqueline and her husband Antonio, and Nicholas and his partner Alexis; Grandchildren Alex, Mia, Shea, and Penny; Brothers and sisters; Clifford and his wife Rayne, Darlene and her husband Rene, Jeffrey, Susan, Nordica; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Scott Holochuck.

Expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers may be made in the form of donations to Hudson Valley Hospice, 274 Violet Ave Poughkeepsie NY 12601.
