Very sorry to hear about the passing of your husband and father. I worked briefly with you a number of years ago and remember you talking about your loving family. My God Bless you and your children, you will be in my prayers.

We honored Mark's memory with a donation to the American Heart Association through our children's school rather than here at the Memorial site. Ezra and Evan are currently participating in Jump Rope for Heart sponsored by the American Heart Association. It is a great fundraiser to help teach heart healthy living to kids. Please call us with whatever we can help with. Chris would love to come by and help out with any chores that need to be done/things that need to be fixed etc.. Chris and I were deeply saddened when we heard of Marks death. We are thinking of you and pray that the grief and sadness fade with time and are replaced with happy memories of the wonderful man, friend and neighbor we knew Mark to be. Dear Karen, Maria, Thomas and Christina,

Amy and I are so shocked and sad at Mark's sudden and tragic loss. We can't imagine the magnitude of pain you are experiencing. Please know that our family prays and we have been praying for you all since we heard about the accident thru Glenroy. I (Steve) personally remember Mark from Glenroy events and felt his warmth and kindness. I also loved his choice in muscle cars. I know Mark made a positive impact on his coworkers at Glenroy and the void he leaves will be huge. This wound will be felt by many. But we give special attention to you as you try to carry this and make sense of the coming days. We pray the Lord will be present during the grief and that you will find comfort. Amy will most likely be attending the memorial and mourn as well as celebrate with you in-person. You will be on our hearts, minds, and prayers.
