Mark and I were in the same law school class at KU. While I only lasted a year, my memory of a few special friends I made while there will last forever. Mark was one of those guys who was kind, fun and smart. I have three children of similar ages, and cannot begin to imagine what you all are going through. May Mark's memory be a blessing to you all. He has certainly left behind a wonderful legacy in his all too short life. I am so deeply sorry for your loss.

We didn't know Mark as well as we wished we had, but we do know his remarkable daughter, Emma, and her character says a million words. Mark always extended endless genorosity and hospitality to our daughter, Peyton. Peyton has had irreplaceable memories with the Rebein family and we are grateful. Mark's beautiful family is a reflection of a very full life lived. He will be missed more than we know. God speed.

Julia & family, my heart is heavy for you in your loss of Mark. I had the pleasure of working with Mark at Media & again with Aon. He had a wonderful smile & handled my teasing with humor.
