Mark Sachar passed away peacefully at home on November 5, 2025. Mark was seventy-four and had contended with Parkinson's Disease for over twenty years.
In spite of his prolonged illness, he pursued a career in real estate law and a hobby in music, learning to play the piano, guitar and drums.
After arriving in Rhode Island fourteen years ago from Southern California, he started a rock-and-roll band, which gave him great pleasure.
Mark is survived by his wife Patricia Gifford, two children Sheyna and Benjamin, and grandson Nasir.
