I am seeing this late. My heart is filled with grief and sadness at Mark's passing. I have so many glad memories of him. Attending Mark's wedding to my Alpha Phi Big Sister, the beautiful and accomplished Fran Kill, my beloved mentor, was a highlight for me from those years. Fran, if you see this, I remember the song you guys walked out on! It was perfectly suited to the two of you. The church was a perfect wedding setting. I remember thinking, "Wow, they are THE couple!!" I pray Psalm 147:3 for you and yours. ~Amy Lonowski~

Fran, my heart goes our to you right now. You have experienced so much loss that I wish that I could take it away from you. I do feel that Mark and Julie are raising a glass together. Prayers to you

I can't remember a day of school from kindergarten to high school that I did not see and talk to Mark. If nothing else then just to say hi. So many good times From cub scouts ( in the Nansel's Basement) to rideing around in the old blue pick, we always had fun. The thing I Remember most about Mark was his wonderful smile and that grin he had. Most often after he did something in sports. Be it football or basketball Mark was always one step ahead us. The last conversation I had with Mark was to congratulate on his son's Adam going to Iowa to play football, And how proud he was of him.
To all of Mark's family you have my deepest sympathy. God bless you all.

I wish I could be there tomorrow to show my sorrow to your family. Mark was a great man, friend, father, husband and I am sure a great grandfather. He will be missed for his kindness and his amazing sense of humor. May you all come together and be strong for one another...he will be watching always and will be in your hearts forever. I know he will be in mine....Smiles and hugs,
