Mark Alan Spratt

Mark A. Spratt, 55 of Kirkville passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Mark was born on January 12, 1970 in Syracuse. He was the son of Mark E. and Donna Spratt. He was a graduate of ESM, class of 1988.
After a car accident that left him a paraplegic, Mark didn't let being in a wheelchair stop him from doing the things he loved. Mark continued to be an avid hunter & fisherman. He loved his camp and the outdoors where he could sit by the fire and chat with friends. Mark also liked to spend time at Moose River Plains in the ADKS. He was Co-Founder of a wonderful adaptive hunting program called Advanced Strategies Adventures helping others with disabilities to hunt and fish. Mark was always there to lend a hand when needed. He had many great friends and he will be dearly missed.
Surviving are his parents, Mark E. and Donna Spratt; siblings, Scott (Marianne) Spratt, Jamie (Brandi) Spratt, Peter Spratt, Christy (Jim) Devine and Lisa Bloss; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29 from 3 to 5pm at the Simon-Parise VFW 6996 E. Taft Rd., E. Syracuse.
