Mark Stevens

Mark Allen Stevens was born on December 26, 1964, in Springfield, Missouri, to Donald and Joretta Stevens. He shared 40 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Donna. Mark had a lifelong love of cars and collecting. What began as a few Dale Earnhardt model cars grew into an impressive collection of Hot Wheels. He especially enjoyed tinkering on his projects, including his '55 Chevy truck, with his son and his son's best friend, Chris. Some of his favorite memories were made going mudding with his kids and the rest of his family. Mark was known for his quick wit and love of telling jokes, always bringing a smile to those around him. He was rarely seen without his giant key ring-loaded with 20 or more keys, far more than anyone could ever need. He will be remembered for his humor, his passion for cars, and the joy he brought to family and friends. He leaves behind many loved ones, family, and friends who will miss him deeply. Mark is survived by his loving wife Donna, children Zac Stevens (Holly) and Kristy Harris (LJ), and grandchildren Layne Harris and Emberly Stevens. Mark is preceded in death by both of his parents and is granddaughter Kadence Harris. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Meadors Funeral Home, Clever. A funeral service will be on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 11:00am at Meadors Funeral Home, Clever with he burial taking place at Union Ridge Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Kadence Scholarship Fund. Checks may be made payable to Kristy and LJ Harris and dropped off or mailed to First Independent Bank in Aurora. Please note Kadence Scholarship Fund in the memo line.
