I had the privilege of working with Mark, and he was truly the best colleague one could hope for-caring, supportive, and incredibly generous to everyone around him. I feel fortunate to have known and worked alongside such a remarkable person. His children can be so proud of their wonderful father, who was genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. My heart is broken to hear this sad news, and I will keep Mark's family in my thoughts and prayers.

I am Mark's colleague and we had been working together for a few months on high priority security work at Microsoft. I was amazed how dedicated he was to his work, he was always helping other teams as well. I am so sorry for the family's loss. He was a kind, generous, respectful human being. I'm so sorry.
