Mark Thomas Winters, 58, of Dublin, OH, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2024, following a long battle with cancer. He was born on February 14, 1966, to Bill and Marilyn Winters in South Bend, Indiana. Mark graduated from The Ohio State University and remained a proud Buckeye throughout his life.
Mark had the ability to make anyone smile — either with his sharp wit and sense of humor or his limitless capacity for compassion for those around him. He was a keen observer of the world around him — as insightful as he was curious. He loved literature, film, television, and nature — all the more whenever he could share and enjoy them with others.
He is survived by his beloved children, Mark (Genevieve), Mitchell, and Gia Winters; loving mother, Marilyn Winters; cherished sister, Laura (Brett) Kravitz; and many wonderful nieces and nephews, Jacob, Ryan, Sarah Kravitz, Amber (Mike) Vu, and Tyler Winters. He was predeceased by his father, William Winters, and brother, Matthew Winters. Family, friends, and others are invited to the Newcomer Funeral Home, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, OH, at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 15, 2024 to celebrate and honor Mark’s life.
