Marlene Joyce Baluci

Marlene was the first principal I had the privilege of working for, and she made a lasting impact on my life and career. She led with a rare combination of kindness and firmness, always grounded in compassion and sprinkled with her wonderful sense of humor. She had a way of seeing potential in others and gently pushing them to grow. Her leadership inspired me to pursue administration myself, and I will always be grateful for the opportunity to learn from her. Her influence continues to guide me, and her legacy lives on in the many lives she shaped.
