I worked with Marlene at GPU from the time she started there until she left. She was as ever a charming and delightful person to work with.
We kept in touch until she was unable to access her email. She was an encouragement to my son. He was interested in the Naval history at an early age. She was so thoughtful sending US navy caps and badges to him. He eventually became a Navy JAG. Marlene was so proud of him.
She was a remarkable person!!!
