Marlene was always a light to all who met her. We really miss her and wished we could attend her good bye. She was needed at the other side of the veil, otherwise she wasn't gone so fast.

We loved working with both Marlene and Mike in the Frankfurt Temple. They were both perfect examples of servants of our Lord. We were looking forward to seeing them again some day when we get to return to Utah for a visit. It is really hard to believe we will have to wait even longer before we meet Marlene again. We miss her lovely smile, her oh so positive attitude, and ready laugh. She was so enthusiastic about everything she was asked to do, and always spread a happy spirit wherever she worked in the temple.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Mike at this time, and also with the family. How wonderful we all have the faith, even the knowledge, that we will meet again in an even better place than this world.
With heartfelt sympathy, and beautiful memories of a lovely, faithful, and diligent daughter of our Father in Heaven.
