Jun 13, 1940 - Jan 4, 2026

85, passed away in Clarence, NY on January 4, 2026 with family nearby. She leaves behind 4 children, 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Marlene (also known as "Marlena", "Lee" or just "Grammie") was born on June 13, 1940 to Madeline and Samuel Zuppelli in Buffalo, New York. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother and grandmother and lived her life full of love. She was always thoughtful, caring and always looking for adventure. She loved with her whole heart and went above and beyond for those around her. Her humor and wit lit up smiles right up until her very last day. Some of her favorite activities included baking and cooking, snuggling her cats, and traveling when she could (with Sicily and Disney World being favorites!) She is survived by her daughter Renee Robinson (Carmen Taglienti), sons Robert Robinson (Laura Robinson), James Dale Robinson (Grace Oetomo) and Eric McClaren (Boni McClaren) and her 7 grandchildren Victoria Dupuis, Carmine Taglienti, Zachary Robinson, Madeline Robinson, Sydney McClaren, Caden McClaren and Avery McClaren. A memorial service will be held on her birthday, June 13, 2026 with location and time details pending. More details will be published at a later date, or you may reach out to [email protected] for more details. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to the American Heart Association or the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter. "To know her was to love her, both for family and friend. And the sweetness of her memory time can neither dim nor end." Arrangements by Amigone Funeral Home, Inc. (716) 836-6500. Share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
