Marlin Ilo "Jr" Cromwell Jr.

Marlin "JR" Ilo Cromwell Jr., 56, of Webster City, IA, died Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home, 923 1st Avenue South in Fort Dodge. A private family inurnment will be at West Lawn Cemetery in Lehigh, IA at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family.
Marlin was born April 6, 1966, in Fort Dodge, the son of Martha Mae (Gerrard) and Marlin Ilo Cromwell Sr. He graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High. JR drove truck for many years and most recently worked for Meeke Trucking. JR enjoyed spending time with family & friends, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed riding his Harley and was a member of ABATE. His dogs were his biggest joys in life
JR is survived by 2 siblings: Mitchel Cromwell of Fort Dodge and Margo (Cromwell) Wardell of Fort Dodge; and many nieces, nephews & cousins. He is also survived by his 2 dogs: Cherry Bear and Tiny.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
