Nebraska. She grew up in Central City and graduated from High School there in 1952. After
graduation she went to work at the dental office for Dr. Scott until she was united in marriage to LeRoy Rudolf on August 15, 1954 at Archer Zion United Methodist Church. To this union were two daughters, Kathryn(Kathy) and Tina. Marsela and LeRoy lived the majority of their 50 year
marriage on the family farm near Palmer before Marsela moved to Central City. A city girl,
Marsela was both industrious and versatile transitioning to a farm wife with enthusiastic ease as a helpful hand to her precious LeRoy, especially during harvest. In addition to raising two girls she worked part time at the Palmer Coolidge Center briefly with the majority of her twenty year tenure spent working part time at Central City Litzenberg Hospital housekeeping department. She retired at age 84 moving from the farm to Central City in 2018.

Her greatest love was time spent with her family and caring for her treasured "Dottie Kitty" a gift from her young grand daughters Allison and Clair.
