Marsha Bottoms Obituary

Marsha Bottoms, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2025, at the age of 77. Born in Lexington, Kentucky, she was raised with values of determination, kindness, and faith, which guided her throughout her life. Marsha devoted 29 years of service to the Fayette County Public School System, where she became a trusted presence and a source of comfort and encouragement to students, parents, and colleagues. She cherished her family above all, instilling in her children and grandchildren the importance of hard work, compassion, and perseverance, while celebrating their lives and accomplishments with immense pride. Marsha's warmth, generosity, and enduring spirit will be lovingly remembered by all who were blessed to know her.

Funeral services for Mrs. Bottoms will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 27 at Kerr Brothers-Harrodsburg Road Lexington, KY. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memory Gardens in Paris, KY. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. till the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
