Marsha Carr Obituary
Marsha was born in Fort Scott, Kansas, and later moved to Iowa in 1978, where she made her home. She graduated from Olathe High School in 1971 and carried her Kansas roots with her always, especially when it came to cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, whom she supported faithfully.
Marsha loved the simple joys in life: cross stitching, reading, watching her favorite old TV shows, listening to country music, and spending time with her cats. More than anything, she loved her grandkids, Haily, Mason, Jude, Penny, and Mackenzie-who were truly the center of her world.
Marsha is survived by her children, Ashley (Stuart) Morman and Richard (Stacey) Carr; grandchildren: Haily, Mason, Jude, Penny, and Mackenzie; her significant other of 27 years, Robbie Simmer; and a step-daughter, Jessica (William).
She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis (Marty) Robinson and her mother, Barb (Hap) Howard.
Arrangements are being handled by Iles Sundberg-Kirkpatrick Chapel.
