Marsha Euratte Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Samaritan Affordable Funeral and Cremation Services - Terre Haute on Feb. 25, 2026.
Marsha K. Euratte, born on May 8, 1938, the beloved daughter of Fred Boyer and Marjorie Parker-Boyer, lived a life filled with love, warmth, and quiet strength. She was a woman whose heart was rooted deeply in family, friendship, and simple joys.
Marsha was a devoted mother to Doug Euratte and his wife Pam, Denise Kassis and her husband Zack, Dan Euratte and his wife Katie, and David Euratte and his wife Shawna. Her children were her pride, and she poured endless love, guidance, and care into each of them.
To her grandchildren, she was lovingly known as "Oma," a name spoken with affection and comfort. She leaves behind Gabe Euratte and his wife Jamie, Courtney Nickles and her husband K.C., Brittanie Euratte, Haleigh Euratte, Logan Euratte, Cory Kassis and his wife Molly, Kayla Akers and her husband Shawn, and Gage Euratte. Each of them carries pieces of her kindness, her wisdom, and her gentle spirit.
Her love multiplied even further through her great-grandchildren: Griffin Euratte, Macie Euratte, Lilly Nickles, Kole Nickles, Layla Euratte, Remi Bowman, Oaklynne Sparks, Ella Akers, and DeAnn Akers. Being a great-grandmother brought her so much joy, and nothing lit up her face more than seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter.
Marsha loved spending time with her friends and family, gathering everyone close around her table and in her home. She found peace and happiness in gardening, tending to her flowers with the same patience and care she gave to the people in her life. Walks through Deming Park brought her calm and contentment, moments where she could appreciate the beauty of the world around her. She was also a wonderful cook, known for meals that didn't just fill stomachs but filled hearts.
Marsha was more than a mother, grandmother, and friend-she was a steady light, a comforting presence, and a beautiful soul. Her kindness, strength, and unconditional love shaped generations. She will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and lovingly remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
Though our hearts ache in her absence, we hold tight to the memories she gave us and the love she planted in each of us. Her legacy lives on in her family, in every garden that blooms, and in every walk taken through Deming Park. She was loved dearly by many, and she will never be forgotten.

To honor her wishes, no services are planned.
