Marsha Lynn Jones

Marsha Lynn Jones, 70, of Sesser, passed away on Wednesday August 17, 2022 at Countryside Manor in Mt Vernon. She was born on February 21, 1952 in Mt Vernon, IL to Philip and Mary Belle (Breisacher) Bean. She married George Jones and he preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Melissa Jones of Sesser; grandchildren Christopher Jones Jr. of Sesser, Hannah Jones of Sesser and Adreyanna Jones of Sesser; one sister Tana Bernard of Mt Vernon; one brother Philip (Shelby) Bean of Dix and one sister-in-law Sue Bean of South Bend, IN. Marsha and her husband loved to ride horses, she also loved music and singing karaoke. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Christopher Jones, one brother Martin Bean, one sister Phylis Bernard and two brothers-in-law Larry Bernard and Dean Bernard. Graveside services will be on Sunday August 21, 2022 at 3:30 PM at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Sesser with Brother Larry Cook officiating.
