Marshall is survived by his wife of 56 years, Carol (Smith) Hulslander; daughters, Toni Smith of Wellsboro, PA and Marcia (Kemp) Haley of Elizabethton, TN; granddaughter, Rachael Haley; and numerous friends and extended family.
In following Marshall's wishes there will be no services. Burial will take place in Prospect Cemetery, Mansfield, PA. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 South Main Street, Mansfield, PA is assisting the family. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com
