Coming to live in Watermere of Frisco so late in my life, I hardly expected to make deep, significant relationships. But I have. Ours certainly hasn't been a lengthy friendship. We just passed each other coming through a door, Martha on a motorized scooter, and me pushing my rolling walker. But we paused, each giving the other priority. I smiled, but Martha spoke first. She said, I've been wanting to know your name. And, somehow, we both knew we were going to be friends. I will always miss you, Martha.
