MARTHA BUSTILLOS entered into the hands of our Lord and Savior on Friday, October 21, 2022 at the age of 82. As a devout Roman Catholic, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and godmother, and she will be greatly missed. Martha and her husband Pete owned and operated Rosa Food Market for nearly 50 years. They personified what a Mom and Pop Grocery Store was. She was an active parishioner of Santo Niño De Atocha and Guardian Angel Catholic Churches. Throughout the years, she also actively supported the Father Yermo Catholic Schools. She so dearly loved her LA Lakers and was an avid boxing aficionado as she followed all the prized boxing fights and championships and even the local Golden Gloves talent. Martha met the love of her life at an early age. A true testament to matrimony, they were married for over 65 years. The Olivas Family originated from Creel, Chihuahua. Martha loved to travel throughout Mexico. Martha is preceded in death by her beloved parents Trinidad and Pascuala Olivas and her siblings; Maria Trinidad Llamas, Maria Jesus Zasiro, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Concepcion Portillo and Inez Perez. She is survived by her loving family, her husband Pedro Bustillos, her children; Antonio Bustillos (Blanca), Hugo Bustillos (Christy), Roman Bustillos (Julie), Cindy Coronado (Jaime), her grandchildren; Hugo (Juice) Bustillos Jr., Jennifer Bustillos, Adrian Bustillos, PhD, Cheryl Avila-Ortiz (Ismael), Valerie Bustillos, Michael Bustillos, Stephanie Duarte (Marco), Kristen Bustillos (Brandon), Andrew Coronado, her great-grandchildren; Benjamin Lee, Owen Bustillos, Samuel Bustillos, Leah Bustillos, Sophia Bustillos, and her sisters, Dolores Gonzalez, Carmen Ruiz, and Maria Soledad Melendez and her many beloved extended family and friends that are left to cherish her memory. The Family is forever grateful to the Staff & Volunteers of Hospice of El Paso’s Center for Compassionate Care West for their extraordinary and truly compassionate care and the Hospitals of Providence - Transmountain Campus…they are all truly consummate professionals with hearts of gold. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, with a Vigil and Holy Rosary at 7:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home-West. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 9:30am at Santo Niño De Atocha Catholic Church, 210 S. Clark Dr., 79905. Interment will follow at Evergreen Alameda Cemetery. Those who cannot attend in person may join the funeral and memorial services virtually on Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/sunsetfuneralhome (no account is needed). Services entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-West, 480 N. Resler Dr., 79912.
