Martha Fernández Rodríguez

Martha Fernández Rodríguez, 63, passed away on February 22, 2026, after bravely facing an aggressive cancer battle. Born in Michoacán, Mexico, Martha spent half of her life in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she built a life rooted in hard work, love, faith, and service to others.

She worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, caring for the elderly with compassion, dignity, and patience. Martha was known for her strong work ethic and her generous heart-always putting others before herself. She carried high ambitions and dreamed of becoming a successful business saleswoman, a reflection of her determination and intelligence.

Martha was deeply dedicated to God and a devoted Catholic. Her faith guided her through every chapter of her life, giving her strength, hope, and peace in all circumstances.

She is survived by her loving husband, her three sons, and extended family who will forever cherish her memory. Her kindness, strength, and selflessness touched everyone who knew her.

Martha Fernández Rodríguez, de 63 años, falleció el 22 de febrero de 2026, después de enfrentar con valentía una agresiva batalla contra el cáncer. Nacida en Michoacán, México, Martha pasó la mitad de su vida en Salt Lake City, Utah, donde construyó una vida basada en el trabajo duro, el amor, la fe y el servicio a los demás.

Trabajó durante muchos años como asistente certificada de enfermería (CNA), cuidando a personas mayores con compasión, dignidad y paciencia. Martha era conocida por su fuerte ética de trabajo y su corazón generoso-siempre poniendo a los demás antes que a ella misma. Tenía grandes ambiciones y soñaba con convertirse en una exitosa mujer de negocios, reflejo de su determinación e inteligencia.

Martha fue profundamente dedicada a Dios y una católica devota. Su fe la acompañó en cada etapa de su vida, brindándole fortaleza, esperanza y paz en todo momento.

Le sobreviven su amado esposo, sus tres hijos y una familia extendida que siempre atesorará su memoria. Su bondad, fortaleza y entrega tocaron la vida de todos quienes la conocieron.
