Martha Easter McAnnally, cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 88, in Cleveland, Alabama. Born on October 24, 1937, Martha was a beacon of love and kindness throughout her life, touching the hearts of all who knew her.
Martha known for her unwavering dedication to her family and community. She is survived by her two sons, Essel McAnnally (Donna) and Kevin McAnnally (Stormee), who fondly remember her nurturing spirit. Her legacy continues with her grandchildren, Cheyenne Fulcher (William), Elijah McAnnally (Tracy), Fawn Kutz (Brett), Kaitlyn Hulsey (Austin), and Derek McAnnally, along with six beloved great-grandchildren who were a source of immense joy in her life.
Throughout her years, Martha engaged in numerous activities that brought her fulfillment. She loved gardening and found peace in the beauty of nature. Her commitment to helping others was evident through her volunteer work for Relay for Life, as she passionately contributed to the fight against cancer. Additionally, she enjoyed fishing, spending time with her beloved dogs, and sharing her love of music through singing. Martha's faith played a vital role in her life, as she found great solace in her church and her relationship with God.
Martha is preceded in death by her husband, James McAnnally, and her parents, James Wesley and Beulah Ensley. She is also preceded in death by her siblings, including brothers James Arlin Endsley, Brice Endsley, and Joe Dee Endsley, as well as sisters Cena Griffin, Ella Mitchell, and Minnie Ruth Hathcock.
In honoring her memory, family and friends are invited to gather at Cleveland Funeral Home. A visitation will be held on March 10, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM. Martha will be laid to rest at Dailey’s Chapel Cemetery in Rosa, Alabama, with burial taking place at 1:00 PM.
Martha Easter McAnnally will be lovingly remembered for her generous heart, warm spirit, and the enduring love she imparted to her family and friends. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
