Martha Fidelia Rainbolt

Martha Fidelia Rainbolt, 80, of West Lafayette, IN, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Cumberland Pointe Health Campus.
She was born on September 17, 1944 in Buck Creek, IN to the late Donald J. and Cynthia Elizabeth (Killian) Lucas. Martha graduated from East Tipp High School. She went on to graduate from Beauty School.
On September 22, 1985, she married William R. Rainbolt in Lafayette. He preceded her in death on June, 1, 2006.
Martha had worked as a waitress for Morris Bryant and had previously managed the Waffle House.
She was a member of Buck Creek Community Church. Martha enjoyed cooking, dancing, and working as a waitress.
Surviving is her daughter, Sandra Marshall of Lafayette; her brother, John (Mary) Lucas of Battle Ground; and her sister-in-law, Norma Lucas. Also surviving are her several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Marshall Roberts; her grandsons, Nathan and Shiloh; and her brothers, Hershel, Jerry, and Bill Lucas.
A Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Fisher Funeral Chapel with burial following in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11a.m. to 1 p.m.
